The last new Acer netbook / notebooks I recall coming soon were the 10-inch 532G with ION 2 graphics and the 11-inch 752H which is basically the 1410 with an Intel Celeron 743 processor. Now a new model nammed “JV10” or a more familar “AO721” has landed at the FCC. Acer Aspire One 721? That’s new to me.

This model looks like an 11-incher, using the same 1410 / 1810T chassis (with though the lid has a subtle textured matte surface. It’s still got 3x USB, VGA, HDMI out, a large access panel on the back and a flush battery. Keyboard and trackpad seem identical too.
